Crafted Transformation Foundation was founded by CEO, Marlowe Boyd, a survivor of homelessness and domestic violence. Inspired by navigating systemic inequities and personal trauma, Marlowe created this organization to overcome entrepreneurial challenges faced by underserved populations through community-focused programs, building bridges particularly for returning citizens and survivors of abuse.

The Crafted Transformation Foundation bridges the gap between barriers and success, empowering individuals to rewrite their narratives through mentorship, technical training, and professional development. Unlike traditional programs, CTF uses a tailored, holistic approach rooted in real-world resilience and transformation strategies. By combining career navigation, academic planning, and entrepreneurial guidance, we help individuals overcome systemic challenges and create sustainable futures.

We are dedicated to transforming lives by providing equitable access to entrepreneurial training and professional development programs. Built on a foundation of resilience and empowerment, CTF partners with nonprofits who service survivors, the justice-impacted, and low-income populations to overcome systemic barriers. By equipping communities with tools to craft their futures, we aim to foster self-sufficiency, confidence, resilience, accountability, faith, and transformation.

8-Week Career to Entrepreneur 
Cohort Program

Through expert-led sessions, hands-on workshops, and peer interactions, participants leave the cohort not just with knowledge, but with confidence and resilience to successfully transition out of their career and into the launch of their business. This aligns with our C.R.A.F.T. values, turning barriers into bridges so entrepreneurs can navigate their journey with strategy, faith, and determination.

INFORMATIONAL SESSION:

  • April 10, 2025, 11:00am to 1:00pm

​

COHORT SCHEDULE:

  • We meet 2X per week on Thursdays (In-Person) and on Mondays (Virtually via Zoom).

  • Our upcoming cohort will officially begin on April 24, 2025 and will run every Thursday & Monday until June 12, 2025. 

 

NETWORKING & CERTIFICATION EVENT:

  • June 19, 2025, 11:00am to 1:00pm (In-Person)​
